Director of Operations
Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales and Field Operations, Director of Operations is responsible for the quality, results and communication for all of Extreme Learning’s school-based programs. The Director of Operations will have P&L responsibility for all of the school-based programs and will be expected to supervise six regional managers to ensure high program quality including customer satisfaction and student achievement growth. The Director of Operations will be located at either our corporate office in Morgan Hill or our regional office in Irvine, California.

Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Managers will establish relationships with district administrators and school principals throughout their region in order to sell tutoring services. They will direct the work of Area Managers within their region to support their sales efforts. These Managers will consistently communicate with customers and create opportunities for add-on’s, “up sells” and repeat business. Managers will work collaboratively with operations counterparts to maintain enrollment and attendance objectives. The Regional Sales Managers will perform administrative responsibilities; including: customer database maintenance, activity, pipeline, and forecast management and reporting.

Area Manager
Under the direction of a Regional Director, or a Regional Vice President, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the after-school programs in an assigned region. This responsibility includes successful program implementation, student recruitment and retention, hiring, monitoring program quality and operations, planning and conducting special events and meeting with key stakeholders about student achievement and programmatic issues. Depending on the geography of the region, the Area Manager will oversee programs for up to 500 students and directly supervise up to 25 part-time academic coaches.

Senior Accountant
Under the direction of the Controller, the Senior Accountant ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all accounting related activities within the Accounting Department. This individual is responsible for both P&L and balance sheet accounting, including posting of journal entries and reconciliations of accounts. Performs financial analysis, general ledger research, problem solving and participates in completing the month end reconciliation and closing process.
Responsibilities

Responsible for daily A/P, A/R, G/L accounting function, financial analysis and other operational tasks
Monthly prepare/review of general ledger accounts reconciliation, the accruals and necessary adjusting journal entries in a timely manner
Responsible for the month end close and adhere to close schedule
Perform all duties related to fixed asset accounting. Streamline the fixed asset tagging process, update and document fixed asset polices and procedures. Coordinate asset tracking and physical inventory of assets
Work with accounting team on process improvements; document accounting processes
Prepare monthly schedule of cash receipts and repayments for presentation in the Financing section of the Statement of Cash Flows. Also provide other cash flow numbers such as depreciation and amortization expense, etc
Responsible for bi-weekly cash reporting and forecastings
Support the coordination, preparation and completion of annual audits and tax returns
Assist departmental managers for monthly budget variance analysis
Maintain filing of documentation in areas of responsibility

Qualifications
Requirements:
At least 3 years progressive accounting experience, BS in Accounting is required.
High level skills in QuickBooks, Paychex payroll system experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge :
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
MS Office skills (Excel and Word), and ability to manage GL and reporting system a must
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work with various levels of management in business units outside of Finance to gather information related to revenue, cost and expenses

Lead IT Technician
The Lead IT Technician is responsible for managing a team of IT technicians in support of day-to-day field operations. This includes hardware and software support, as well as field and logistical support to our client schools. The position is also responsible for corporate IT support at our regional office. Responsibilities

The primary role of the IT Technician is to ensure that technology is available and in working order so that members of Extreme Learning and its students can use various technology tools successfully everyday. This position will be the third of three IT Technicians; all report to the Director of Operations.

Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
Install, configure, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on the following:
network infrastructure,
local area network,
internal desktop/laptop software and hardware systems, as well as remotely deployed laptops, servers, wireless access points, and printers.

This position reports to the Director of Staffing and requires high-volume and fast paced hiring of part-time, seasonal positions. Collateral Inventory & Distribution:
Internal and external distribution of all Extreme Learning company collateral such as brochures, sales presentations, product one-sheets, corporate brochures, sales proposals, sales training materials, client testimonials, direct mail campaigns and other sales tools, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and under budget.
Tracking of marketing inventory for both the Northern and Southern California offices.
In-house collateral production for the southern California office.
Fullfilling all southern California Marketing Portal Requests; Tracking and reporting on both northern & southern California Portal Requests.
Reporting on collateral use by region, projecting collateral needs and ordering accordingly.
Manages vendor who handles printing, production and distribution of collateral.
Tracking, checking-in/out, and generally coordinating the use of Provider Fair Marketing Kits in northern and southern California, ensuring that each week conflicts are identified and resolved.
Oversee Provider Fair Kit up-keep, seeing that repairs are made in a timely manner, and that items are re-stocked as needed.
Events:
Coordinate internal/external marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, seminars, speaking engagements, etc) company wide.
Identify event requirements and create event plans based on strategic objectives.
Coordinates all pre-event preparation, including: internal communications; event staffing; venue/exhibition planning and set-up; procurement of services/equipment; production of supporting signage and materials; activities to promote awareness of company's participation, drive attendance and/or generate leads.
Manages events on-site, as needed. Executes post-event follow-up, including distributing leads, analyzing event ROI, etc.
Maintains inventory of promotional items used at events and tracks usage.
Market Research & Data Collection:

Academic Coach
Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Academic Coach is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment during two hour sessions after-school with elementary, middle or high school students. The Academic Coach must communicate professionally with the Area Manager, students, parents, and school staff members. The Academic Coach provides weekly reports on individual students’ attendance, behavior, and academic progress as well as actively participates in weekly training sessions with the Area Manager.

During program:
Actively coach students through completing daily homework assignments
Actively monitor students’ progress through assigned computer-based curriculum
Mentor students to develop organizational skills
Apply principles of direct instruction to assist students in preparing for standardized tests, using Extreme Learning prepared lessons and materials

Compensation
Academic coaches are paid a daily stipend which ranges from $36.00 - $58.00 for a two hour student program block and an hour of preparation/clean up time. Compensation varies depending on the coach’s level of education and assigned work location.
Academic coaches receive paid training and a 10% bonus upon successfully completing the program year.
